Everyone is very nice and supportive. It's a team oriented culture here. We have flexibility on what projects we want to take on, how we'd want to proceed and what workstyle best suits us on an individual basis in our team. I didn't have much industry knowledge when I started but I got a lot of training both through a program and my team. Management is also very accommodating to personal situations and needs. Overall it's a great place to work at!
