KE Andrews is proud to announce that Caitlin Glenn, Director of Credits & Incentives, has been appointed Chair of the Credits & Incentives Committee for the Institute for Professionals in Taxation’s (IPT) 2027 Annual Conference.

The appointment came from IPT President Jeff McGhehey, CMI. As committee chair, Caitlin will lead the planning and content development for the Credits & Incentives track at next year’s Annual Conference, including selecting speakers and shaping the sessions that will guide tax professionals across the country.

“I’m excited to help shape a program that educates IPT professionals on the latest developments in credits and incentives,” said Caitlin Glenn. “When tax professionals stay current on what’s available, they’re better positioned to help their organizations make informed decisions while also benefitting the communities where those investments create jobs and fund local services. The goal is to build sessions that give attendees practical knowledge they can put to work right away.”

Caitlin Glenn
Director, Credits & Incentives

At KE Andrews, Caitlin leads our Credits & Incentives and Site Selection practice, where she guides clients through the full lifecycle of a project. The practice’s scope includes site selection analysis to identify the most advantageous locations, negotiation of incentive packages with state and local jurisdictions, and ongoing compliance to help clients keep the benefits they’ve earned. This end-to-end approach empowers clients to make confident location decisions and capture value long after breaking ground.

This role reflects Caitlin’s standing in the credits and incentives space and her commitment to advancing the profession. We’re proud to see her expertise recognized on this level, and we’re excited to watch her shape next year’s conference.
