Mr. Kistler is an appraiser with KE Andrews. The firm employs over one hundred people, with fifty professionals including petroleum and chemical engineers, petroleum geologists and certified appraisers in both machinery and equipment and business valuations. Mr. Kistler is an Accredited Senior Appraiser of the American Society of Appraisers with a designation in machinery and technical specialties and has personally performed the following types of valuation with KE Andrews: fair market value appraisals, fair value appraisals, ad valorem tax appraisals, and asset allocation. He has performed machinery and equipment appraisals in the following industries: oil & gas exploration and production, crude oil & natural gas gathering & transmission, natural gas treating & liquids processing, and natural gas and natural gas liquids storage. His experience also includes discounted cash flow analysis, review of reserve data and financial statements, as well as testifying in property tax matters on fair market value. Mr. Kistler has been employed with KE Andrews for 18 years and currently holds the position of Vice President for the company.
