Mark Andrews is President of KE Andrews, which maintains offices in Dallas, Houston, and Denver. This includes a team of over 150 people, of which 75 professionals are comprised of petroleum and chemical engineers, petroleum geologists, accountants as well as certified appraisers in both machinery and equipment and business valuations. Mark has personally performed the following types of valuation assignments over the past 40+ years: fair market and fair value appraisals, depreciation studies (both GAAP and FERC regulated book purposes), ad valorem tax appraisals, estate tax appraisals, purchase price asset allocations, impairment studies, gift tax appraisals, business and stock valuations, intangible asset appraisals, and appraisal review.
Mr. Andrews is a member of the American Society of Appraisers and is an accredited senior appraiser (ASA) with a designation in Machinery and Technical Specialties/Oil & Gas. His engagements in the energy industry have ranged from hundreds of thousands of dollars in value to over $35 billion evaluation projects. Mr. Andrews has been qualified as an expert in over 25 states and the Province of Alberta. Mr. Andrews regularly values properties associated with Midstream Companies, FERC and state-regulated oil, gas and liquids pipelines, fractionation, refining, storage, distribution, oil and gas reserves and equipment, conventional and renewable electric generation as well as transmission & distribution. Mark is the Chairman of the Board of HomeBank Texas and is involved in various non-profit organizations.
