Mark Andrews is President of KE Andrews, which maintains offices in Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, and Denver. The firm employs a team of over 200 people, comprised of petroleum and chemical engineers, petroleum geologists, accountants, and MAI-designated certified appraisers in both machinery and equipment and business valuations. Mark has personally performed the following types of valuation assignments over the past 45+ years: fair market and fair value appraisals, depreciation studies (both GAAP and FERC regulated book purposes), ad valorem tax appraisals, estate tax appraisals, purchase price asset allocations, impairment studies, gift tax appraisals, business and stock valuations, intangible asset appraisals, and appraisal review. He has been qualified as an expert witness in over 25 states. Mr. Andrews is a member of the American Society of Appraisers and is an accredited senior appraiser (ASA) with a designation in Machinery and Technical Specialties/Oil & Gas.
